“I called in, but also wanted to follow up via email with my compliment to Earl, who just delivered a load of mulch to a very difficult area off a small south Richmond alley. He called me before leaving the yard, and greeted me with a cheerful “Good Morning” when he got out of his truck. He placed the mulch squarely on the tarp I laid out, which nobody else has been able to do cleanly before (it’s a really small space and hard to aim the dump bed at. And not to forget, the lady who took my order and whom I talked to this morning was also really nice.”
